Modular Offices for the Netherlands
For a modular office, reception or showroom project in the Netherlands, begin with the working layout and the finished appearance. A single transportable module and a connected workspace need different structural and service coordination. Prefab Turkey can develop a project-specific proposal from Türkiye without treating the delivery format as the whole building specification.
Resolve the connected room before selecting the façade
Show how people enter, meet and work, then identify which spaces need to remain open across module boundaries. Connected rooms require coordination of structural openings, floor levels, weather seals and roof drainage. Furniture and equipment positions also help establish power, data, lighting and service provisions.
Glazing, cladding and entrance details should follow that layout. Large glazed areas need structural review, while private workspaces may call for a different balance of windows and solid wall. Agree a finish schedule so the intended appearance is represented in the production scope.
Include handling and future relocation in the first brief
If relocation or phased expansion is part of the plan, state it before the connection details are developed. Demountable bolted details may be considered where the selected system permits, but the lifting and reconnection requirements need to be reviewed for the actual design.
Confirm completed dimensions, unloading space, crane arrangements and available local assembly resources before committing to a delivery format. Site supports and external connections remain separate responsibilities unless included in the signed offer. Route and climate-related specifications are assessed for the project, not assumed from the Netherlands destination.

Choose the system around the project.
The room plan, factory completion level and receiving site's resources belong in the same brief.
For an Amsterdam reception, showroom or office brief, share the combined footprint, entrance position and glazing references. Describe your site's vehicle access and lifting area, including any limits already known to your project team. Those inputs allow the design and delivery proposals to be assessed together.
Your enquiry
What to send for a Netherlands project.
Send the Netherlands delivery city, postcode and site; office, reception or showroom use; module quantity; rooms, workstations and any beds; preferred delivery format; site and vehicle access; crane and unloading arrangements; foundation or support responsibility; and service connection points. Add the combined-room footprint, glazing references and any relocation or expansion requirement.
Exact destination and intended building use.
Quantity, room functions and occupancy or bed schedule.
Layout or sketch, desired finishes and equipment requirements.
Preferred delivery format and available local assembly team.
Site access, unloading and storage space, and crane arrangements.
Foundation or support plans and utility connection points.
Required design criteria, documentation and clearly assigned installation responsibilities.
Route type, transport scope and climate-related design requirements are reviewed for the actual destination and confirmed in the signed offer. A country or city name alone does not establish the specification or delivery scope.
Frequently asked questions
Before you specify the package.
Can a modular office for the Netherlands include full-height glazing?+
Full-height glazing can be developed subject to structural checks and the selected façade arrangement. The frame openings and glazing support must be coordinated before production; reference images do not replace that review.
Can bolted corner details be used for a relocation brief?+
Demountable bolted corner-post details can be developed where the selected system and project requirements permit. State the relocation requirement at the outset so the design review can address it rather than assume that every finished unit is equally easy to dismantle.
Can services be concealed in the office walls?+
In the premium LGS wall system, electrical conduits and suitable plumbing routes can be coordinated within designed wall or service cavities. Distribution boards, valves and other maintenance points remain accessible where required.
