Turn camp capacity into a quotation-ready building schedule.
List each building by function, quantity and capacity: sleeping accommodation, toilets and showers, dining, kitchen, laundry, administration and other facilities needed by the operation. Show room occupancy, shared or ensuite sanitation, furniture and equipment separately. The room mix and support facilities turn a total bed count into a supply scope.
Plan each phase around an operational opening date
For each phase, state the beds and support facilities that must be ready for use, the target opening date and when the receiving site will be prepared. Coordinate accommodation shipments with the sanitary, catering and utility work needed for that phase. Delivery, assembly and readiness for occupation are separate programme milestones.
Distinguish building supply from freight, import arrangements and site work. Allocate foundations, unloading, assembly, external networks, final connections and commissioning to named parties. Confirm whether supervision is included, separately priced or provided by the local contractor.
Final responsibilities, documentation, local approvals and programme are project-specific and must be recorded in the agreed scope.

Capacity-led planning from dormitory block to complete camp
Four-person rooms can use two bunk beds within one module, while management and specialist staff may use single-occupancy rooms. Common WC and shower modules are placed at practical corridor ends, and dining, kitchen, laundry, recreation, clinic and administration areas are sized around occupancy and operations.
Phased mobilisation for remote construction and industrial sites
Camp blocks can be released and shipped in phases so early accommodation and site administration arrive first. Two- and three-storey layouts reduce footprint where land is limited, subject to structural, fire, access and local approval requirements.

The concept dormitory layouts use two bunk beds for four people per accommodation container. Single- and two-person alternatives can also be developed.
Are recreation and dining buildings included in camp planning?+
Yes. Recreation, dining, kitchen, laundry, clinic, administration, security and sanitary facilities are considered part of the camp—not optional afterthoughts.
Can labour camps be two or three storeys?+
Yes, where the structural design, stairs, escape strategy, accessibility and local regulations support a multi-storey arrangement.
What determines the cost of a modular labour camp?+
Room mix, occupancy, sanitary arrangements, building specification, furniture, catering equipment and delivery format all affect the quotation. Provide one building schedule and compare the same supply scope, including installation responsibilities and external site works.
