Modular / Flat-Pack Container Systems

We engineer both factory-complete modular containers and flat-pack systems around occupancy, climate, transport limits and installation strategy. The same coordinated approach covers the structural frame, sandwich panels, openings, MEP provisions and packing plan.

Every diagram is an original Prefab Turkey concept based on a repeatable modular platform. Dimensions are intentionally omitted from the drawings; final plans follow capacity, destination, site, fire, accessibility and MEP requirements.

Project-specific delivery

One modular platform, supplied factory-complete or flat-packed.

Choose factory-complete modules when speed on site is the priority, or flat-pack delivery when shipping efficiency and local assembly are more important. Both options are developed from the same coordinated structural, architectural and MEP package, allowing projects to grow from one room to complete multi-storey compounds.

Fast mobilisation

Repeatable modules and pre-coordinated services shorten the route from approved drawings to an operational facility.

Scalable layouts

Single units can combine into dormitories, offices, dining halls, clinics and two- or three-storey accommodation blocks.

Controlled quality

Frames, panels, openings and service provisions are checked in a controlled production environment before dispatch.

In-house engineering

Engineered for repeated modules and demanding sites

Every project begins with occupancy, climate, local wind and snow criteria, transport restrictions and installation access. Our in-house team coordinates structural calculations, panel build-ups, openings, electrical distribution, plumbing routes, HVAC provisions and module-to-module interfaces before production.

International delivery

Export packing planned with the building

Flat-pack loading, lifting points, packing lists, assembly sequence and replacement parts are considered during design—not after manufacturing. This reduces uncertainty for international contractors and local installation teams working across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and selected South American markets.

Frequently asked questions

Technical and commercial starting points.

What is the difference between modular and flat-pack containers?+

Factory-complete modular containers leave production substantially assembled. Flat-pack units are shipped as knock-down sets and bolted together at destination, reducing shipping volume while requiring more site assembly.

Can the modules be used in two- or three-storey buildings?+

Yes. Multi-storey configurations are developed project by project after structural loads, access stairs, fire strategy, circulation and local requirements are confirmed.

Can you design a complete labour camp?+

Yes. Accommodation, common WC and showers, kitchens, dining, recreation, laundry, clinic, administration and utility zones can be planned as one coordinated camp.
