What we do
We turn an incomplete requirement into a coordinated building package.
International buyers rarely arrive with every technical answer. Our role is to structure the questions: who will use the building, where it will be installed, what the climate and code require, how it will travel and who will assemble it.
That information becomes a coordinated architectural, structural, service and production brief. The manufacturing route is then selected around the system, schedule, quality documentation and destination.

We work with buyers who need a practical supply route from Türkiye: contractors setting up site facilities, businesses developing a café or kiosk, and project teams planning accommodation and support buildings. Our engineering team coordinates the brief with the appropriate production partners.
For repeatable rooms and offices, compare flat-pack containers with assembled monoblock units. For larger developments, explore workforce camps and mining camps, including accommodation, sanitation and shared facilities.
Our wider range includes light-gauge steel structures, prefabricated buildings, steel warehouses and ISO shipping container conversions. Products are supplied for purchase; rental is not offered.

A clear brief. A comparable offer.
1. Define the requirement. Send the delivery location, intended use, quantity or building area, and any sketch or equipment list. We help identify missing information and select a suitable construction system.
2. Agree the technical scope. Layout, structure, insulation, finishes and services are reviewed together. The quotation identifies what is supplied, which items are optional and what work is required at destination. Review our technical specifications for the main selection points.
3. Coordinate production and dispatch. The agreed drawings and specification establish the production scope. Packing, available quality documents and the transport plan are coordinated with the selected manufacturing route. Prefab Turkey is ISO 9001 certified and manufactures to international standards from CE-marked components.
4. Prepare for installation. Access, supports, lifting equipment, local labour and utility connections must be ready for the agreed delivery format. Assembly guidance and supervisor support can be included by agreement; see shipping and installation responsibilities.
