Technical specifications

Clear early data. Project-specific final engineering.

Use these typical values for initial system comparison. The approved quotation, calculations and project drawings always define the final supply.

Concept renders and cutaway views reveal the structure and building layers. They are illustrations, not construction drawings; final details are developed for your project.

Modular / flat-pack platform

Typical configurable specification

Typical module platformApprox. 2.40 m × 5.95–6.00 m; project-specific sizes can be engineered
Typical external heightApprox. 2.60–2.80 m, depending on system and transport strategy
Primary steelTypical S350GD galvanised structural steel with corrosion-protection specification selected for the project
Frame formatFactory-complete welded frame or demountable / bolted flat-pack configuration
Wall insulationEPS, PUR, PIR or mineral-wool sandwich panels; typical range 40–150 mm
Roof insulationProject-selected insulated roof build-up; typical range 40–100 mm
Floor build-upInsulation, 16–20 mm fibre-cement board and contract-selected PVC or alternative finish
Typical design floor load200 kg/m² for standard accommodation and office use; final load confirmed by calculation
StackingUp to three storeys may be developed, subject to structural design, fire strategy, access and local approvals
Standard coloursCommon options include RAL 7016, RAL 9002 and RAL 9016; other colours subject to availability

What is included in each building approach?

The correct format depends on shipping volume, road access, crane availability, local assembly skill, programme and the level of factory completion required.

Flat-pack containersRoof and floor frames, columns, insulated panels, openings and service items packed as a knock-down kit for destination assembly.
Factory-complete modulesThree-dimensional units dispatched substantially assembled where route, lifting and programme make this preferable.
Premium LGS wall modulesModular steel chassis with light-gauge steel wall framing, mineral-wool cavity insulation, concealed service routes and project-selected exterior and interior linings.
Prefabricated buildingsPanelised structural and envelope packages for larger rooms, schools, clinics, offices and social buildings.
LGS / CFSCold-formed, numbered steel members or panels coordinated with bracing, openings, insulation and linings.
Steel warehousesProject-designed primary frames, secondary steel, bracing, connections and cladding interfaces for the required span and height.

Certification & Documentation

Prefab Turkey is ISO 9001 certified and manufactures to international standards from CE-marked components — steel profiles, sandwich panels, flooring, cement board, doors and windows. Quality is not an afterthought in our process: it is documented at every stage, from material intake to export packing.

Every project is delivered with a defined documentation pack. Project documentation can include structural calculations, fabrication drawings and material certificates to EN 10204 3.1, as specified for your project. The certificates issued for the actual product supplied are listed in your quotation — before you commit, not after.

Important design note

Values shown here are indicative, not a construction specification. Member thicknesses, connections, insulation, loads, fire performance and service systems are verified for each project and destination.
