Separate staff facilities from public-facing spaces

For workforce accommodation, record beds, occupancy, sanitary arrangements and dining capacity. For offices or reception buildings, show workstations, meeting rooms, visitors, entrance positions and the desired façade. The proposal can then distinguish repeatable room units from bespoke spaces that need more coordinated openings and finishes.

List equipment and service provisions explicitly. If the project calls for cooling, ventilation or particular electrical equipment, provide the design criteria and identify who supplies, installs and connects each item. A generic reference to a region does not establish equipment capacity, inclusion or suitability.

Assign the interfaces before choosing the supply format

Connected modules need a coordinated plan for structural openings, roof and wall joints, service routes and final connections. For a phased facility, show which blocks must function independently and which depend on later works. The layout should be reviewed before module quantities become the basis of the order.

Compare factory-complete and compact-package options against the receiving team's resources, crane access and planned assembly area. Give the exact destination and any known site constraints. Route type, climate-related specification and the delivery boundary are project-specific matters to be confirmed in the signed offer.
