Project enquiry information
Information you submit through the project form or send by email is used to evaluate and respond to your request.
What is collected
Your enquiry may include contact details, company name, project location, project type, approximate size or capacity, target programme and any technical information or files you choose to provide.
How it is used
Form enquiries are stored in the website's protected project-enquiry database and notify the authorised Prefab Turkey Google Workspace sales inbox. Uploaded files are stored privately with the enquiry and can be opened by authorised sales users. They are not automatically added to an advertising audience, external CRM or marketing mailing list.
First-party website measurement
To understand which pages and traffic sources produce genuine enquiries, the website records limited first-party activity such as page views, quote-form starts and clicks on email, phone or WhatsApp links. The record may include the page path, referring website, campaign labels and country code supplied by the hosting network. It does not store the visitor's IP address, name, email, phone number or a cross-site advertising profile. First-entry attribution is kept only for the current browser session and is attached to an enquiry if one is submitted.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised people responsible for reviewing and responding to project enquiries, together with the website and email providers needed to operate the service.
Retention
Project enquiries may remain in the authorised project-enquiry records for quotation, follow-up and commercial record keeping. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Optional advertising measurement
Google's consent mode is installed with advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and analytics storage denied by default. If you select “Accept measurement”, Google Ads can receive a conversion event after a project-enquiry form is successfully submitted. We do not send your name, email, phone number or project brief to Google, and personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled.
If you reject optional measurement, advertising storage remains denied and the project form continues to work. Because the Google tag loads with consent denied by default, Google may still receive limited cookieless signals; our explicit form-submission conversion event is only sent after acceptance. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings”. Withdrawing consent stops future consented conversion events; it does not erase data already received by Google. Our site remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Essential technical storage may also be used for security and site functionality.

Google Analytics
The same Google tag also connects to Google Analytics 4 to measure page views. Analytics storage remains denied, including when you accept the optional Google Ads measurement described above, so this integration does not enable Google Analytics cookies. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals while analytics storage is denied.
