Project enquiry information
Information submitted through the quotation form is used to evaluate and respond to the project request.
What is collected
The form collects contact details, company name, project location, project type, approximate size or capacity, target programme and the technical description you provide.
How it is used
The enquiry is stored in the website's internal database and an email notification is sent to the authorised Prefab Turkey Google Workspace sales inbox. It is not automatically added to an advertising audience, external CRM or marketing mailing list.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised people responsible for reviewing and responding to project enquiries, together with the technical hosting and email providers needed to operate the service.
Correction or deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, email aytac@prefabturkey.com and include the enquiry reference where available.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use advertising or analytics tags. Essential technical storage may still be used by the hosting platform to provide security and site functionality.
